   - BELOW COSTING ARE JUST REFERENCE GUIDELINE, PLEASE REFER TO THE CONTACTING PERSON FOR MORE ACCURATE COSTING.

COSTING OF INSTALLATION AND MATERIALS:
Our client has always ask for the same question/s. So, it would be best for us to give some FAQ answers here. Please note, these informations serve as a guide, and could change depending on market situation and changes in the material supply costs (from manufacturer), installation costs, etc, etc. If there are changes, we shall advice the client.

1. Material cost/s will depend on the brand, type and material width (size). Different Collection may have different prices.
2. Installation costs for Wallpaper/Wallcovering are as follows:
1. Installation for wallpaper on wall below height of 10 feet is RM300(minimum charge). This will cover for installation up to 7 rolls. If more than 8 rolls are installed, they will cost RM30 PER ROLL installed, so it become cheaper.
2. If plastering is required, additional cost of RM1.50 p.s.f.
3. Removal of old wallpaper prior to installation of new ones, RM0.25 p.s.f.
3. Installation costs for Photomural:
1. Installation for (size 12ft x 8ft) Photomural on a wall below the height of 10 feet is RM1200 (this include the material, surface preparation or plastering, and installation).
2. Similarly, if there are old wallpaper that required to be removed, cost RM0.25 p.s.f
4. We are very much decline to install any wallpaper or photomural materials that are bought by client personally from other sources, as we cannot be sure of the quality, durability, expiry date, or quantity provided are suffient, suitable for the client wall, good finishing, etc, etc, etc. We apologies for this.
5. We shall visit the client place (of intended installation) prior to installation date. The visit is to have an overview and discussion with the client of the intended wall to be install, suitability, colour matching, etc.
1. On the visit, we shall bring sample books that contains the actual materials, so that the client can see, touch and feel the textures of the materials. And we can do matching with the ambient of the room.
2. The sample books that we bring shall be base on the information given by the client of what kind of designs, colour, pattern, they prefered. Not too little books, and not too many books, as too many will only confuse you.
3. Throughout our experience, the best result comes from actual on-site review of the installation place, have a clear and definate evaluation of the intended walls.
6. We will advice of any extra charge if additional extra preparation works are required. Example, distance far, scarfolding, broken wall, thick plaster works, water sip seal, order special materials, etc.
